Nyman Associates is currently interviewing paraprofessionals for positions in Montgomery County. Multiple full-time positions are available working with the preschool-age population. This paraprofessional role is paired with a behavioral specialist to assist you with coaching and to implement behavior interventions.

Duties of a Paraprofessional include:

• Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors
• Supporting instruction to individuals
• Monitoring and managing student behaviors
• Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed.
• Supporting students through classroom transitions
