Occupational Therapist - Early Intervention

Nyman Associates is seeking Early Intervention Occupational Therapists to support students in Philadelphia!

Position Summary: As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in promoting the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and overall independence in preschool-aged children. Your responsibilities will involve assessing children's functional abilities, designing intervention plans, and implementing therapy activities to address barriers to participation in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's engagement and success in their natural environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment
  • Development of individualized intervention
  • Therapy implementation
  • Environmental modifications
  • Parent/Caregiver education
  • Session documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaboration with all team members
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license to practice occupational therapy
  • Graduate degree or greater in occupational therapy
  • Access to personal transportation is a plus
