Job Details:
- Evaluate patients referred for appraisal of fine motor, sensory, and/or functional impairments
- Including infants in the NICU and adult patients
- Develop an individual therapy plan for each assigned patient, which includes specific goals of treatment
- Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability for infant and adult patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders and across all ADLs.
- Consult with medical, allied health, and education personnel
- Instruct family members and caregivers on in-home therapy programs

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility for certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an occupational therapist.
