Job Details:
Evaluate patients referred for appraisal of fine motor, sensory, and/or functional impairments
Including infants in the NICU and adult patients
Develop an individual therapy plan for each assigned patient, which includes specific goals of treatment
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability for infant and adult patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders and across all ADLs.
Consult with medical, allied health, and education personnel
Instruct family members and caregivers on in-home therapy programs

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility for certification.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an occupational therapist.
