Job Details:
- Evaluate patients referred for appraisal of gross motor activity and/or injury, neuropathy, and/or balance or ergonomics of physical functioning
- Including infants in the NICU and adult patients
- Develop an individual therapy plan for each assigned patient, which includes specific goals of treatment
- Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability for infant and adult patients with therapeutic exercise, transfers and gait training and the use of special equipment/assistive devices.
- Consult with medical, allied health, and education personnel
- Instruct family members and caregivers on in-home therapy programs

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or eligibility for certification
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist
