Position Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting, you will provide behavioral assessments, consultation, and intervention services to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using appropriate assessment tools
  • Develop and implement positive behavior support plans
  • Collect, analyze, and graph behavioral data
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams
  • Supervise RBTs, as applicable

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification (Required)
  • Experience developing and implementing FBAs and BIPs
  • Experience in a school setting (Preferred)
