About the Role:
Are you an organized, people-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for an Education Staffing Coordinator to join our administrative team and support the recruitment, placement, and coordination of nonclinical staff (Paraprofessionals and PCAs) in school-based and early intervention programs across the greater Delaware Valley.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, school partners, and field staff to ensure students receive the support they need and that every classroom is staffed with the right person at the right time. Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Staffing Support
Collaborate with recruiters to keep postings up to date and anticipate hiring needs
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified nonclinical candidates
Assist with onboarding tasks and support in-person orientation for new hires
Scheduling & School Partner Coordination
Confirm and coordinate staff schedules across school and early intervention programs
Schedule Meet & Greets between candidates and school partners
Communicate regularly with Directors and school partners regarding placements and staffing updates
Field Staff & Administrative Support
Serve as the first point of contact for questions from nonclinical field staff
Support time and attendance tracking, and coordinate with Payroll and Educational Directors as needed
Build strong relationships with field staff through consistent check-ins and support
Partner with Directors to ensure staffing expectations are met and issues are resolved proactively
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruiting, scheduling, staffing coordination, or related roles
Experience in Education or Healthcare Staffing is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable juggling multiple schedules, assignments, and priorities
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
A passion for helping others and supporting education-focused services
