Responsibilities include:
Assessment of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities in preschool-aged children (ages 3-5)
Development of individualized interventionplans to promote independence and address developmental delays
Implementation of therapy activities targeting barriers to participation in daily routines and play
Environmental modifications to support children’s success in natural environments (home, daycare, preschool and EI classrooms)
Parent/Caregiver education to empower families with strategies that encourage developmental progress
Session documentation and progress monitoring to ensure interventions are effective and goals are being met
Collaboration with all team members, including parents, teachers, and related service providers
What You Can Expect in This Role:
Paid travel and report writing for guaranteed hours positions
Services based on Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
Valid state license to practice occupational therapy
Graduate degree (Master’s or higher) in occupational therapy from an accredited program
