Position Summary As a Behavioral Associate in a school setting, you will work directly with students to support the implementation of behavior intervention strategies, provide classroom assistance, and collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote positive student outcomes. You will assist in data collection and help maintain a supportive learning environment under the guidance of clinical supervisors.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing behavior support strategies as outlined in student behavior plans
Assisting with data collection, documentation, and progress tracking
Providing direct support to students in classroom and small group settings
Collaborating and consulting with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
Supporting the development of social, emotional, and behavioral skills in students
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field (Required)
Minimum of one year of experience in Human Services or Special Education
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience in a school or educational setting (Preferred)
