We're seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated Autism Support Interventionists to provide direct support for students in school settings.

Position Summary As an Autism Support Interventionist, you will provide direct, intensive interventions designed to help students with autism respond to their daily environment in practical and productive ways. Your work will focus on addressing each child’s individual needs as they relate to social, emotional, and behavioral development. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff, you will help create supportive learning environments that foster student growth and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering direct interventions to support students with autism in meeting social, emotional, and behavioral goals
Assisting students in developing functional skills to navigate daily routines and environments
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school teams to implement intervention strategies
Collecting and maintaining accurate data on student progress and participation
Supporting individualized plans and adapting strategies as needed to meet student needs
Promoting a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Behavior, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Preferred)
Associate’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the above fields (Required; 3 years preferred)
Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred)
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
