School Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant (SLP/SLPA) – Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary:

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders (SLPs/CFs)

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy

  • Implement treatment plans and support IEP goals under appropriate supervision (SLPAs)

  • Develop and implement IEP goals (SLPs/CFs)

  • Monitor student progress and collect data

  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, supervisors, and families

Qualifications:

For SLPs / CFs:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA

  • ASHA CCCs or CF

  • State SLP License or in the process of applying

  • Teaching certificate (if applicable) or ability to obtain

For SLPAs:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

  • ASHA certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (C-SLPA)

  • Active state SLPA license/certification or eligibility to obtain

  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
