Responsibilities:
Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities in preschool-aged children (ages 3–5)
Develop individualized intervention plans to promote independence and address developmental delays
Implement therapy activities targeting barriers to participation in daily routines and play
Provide environmental modifications to support children’s success in a preschool setting
Educate parents/caregivers with strategies to encourage developmental progress
Document sessions and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers
What You Can Expect:
Paid travel and report writing for guaranteed hours positions
Services based on Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility in both scheduling and location

Qualifications:
For OTs: Valid state license to practice occupational therapy; graduate degree (Master’s or higher) in occupational therapy from an accredited program
For COTAs: Current COTA certification in New York
