Nyman Associates, providing exceptional speech therapy services since 1978, is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide PRN support in Philadelphia-area hospital settings. This is a medical-based opportunity, and prior acute care experience is preferred.
Job Details:
Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients in hospital settings
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
Independently evaluate patients using both standardized and non-standardized assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment plans with appropriate, measurable goals
Document progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and carryover techniques

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous acute care or medical experience preferred
