Position Summary
As an
Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide assessment and therapy for children ages 3–5
- Deliver services in natural environments (homes, daycares, preschools, EI classrooms)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Support communication skills that impact both academic and social development
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Services aligned with IEPs and EI best practices

- Reliable access to therapy materials and assessments
- Ongoing support from Clinical Directors, EI-experienced mentors, and CF supervisors
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure (as applicable)
- Pennsylvania Department of Education certification (if required for placement)
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
