What You’ll Do

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention services to support students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities in the school setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using evidence-based assessment tools
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Support teachers and classroom staff with behavior plan implementation
  • Collect, analyze, and graph behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families
  • Provide behavioral consultation and training to school teams
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), when applicable
  • Support positive behavioral and academic outcomes through data-driven interventions

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Support Plans
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • School-based or educational experience preferred
  • Passion for supporting students and school communities
