What You’ll Do

As a School Occupational Therapist, you will support students in developing the functional, fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills needed for academic success and everyday independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess students’ functional and developmental abilities
• Develop individualized occupational therapy intervention plans
• Provide school-based occupational therapy services
• Support fine motor skill development and sensory processing needs
• Recommend classroom and environmental modifications
• Monitor student progress and maintain session documentation
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Support student participation and independence within the educational setting

What We’re Looking For

• Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Access to reliable personal transportation is a plus
• Passion for supporting students and school communities
