What You’ll Do

As an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will support preschool-aged children with speech and language needs in natural learning environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for children ages 3–5
  • Provide individualized speech therapy services in homes, preschools, daycares, and EI classrooms
  • Develop and implement intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Support communication development, social interaction, and school readiness skills
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and report writing
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s developmental needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university recognized by ASHA and the state board
  • Current state licensure and/or registration as applicable
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education certification if applicable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting young children and families
