E-Helper (Early Intervention)

Position Summary:
As an E-Helper you provide essential support to children between the ages of 3 and 5 assisting with access to virtual therapy sessions. Working under the direction of a virtual SLP, you play a crucial role in supporting the child in being able to participate in play-based learning activities in the child’s home or preschool.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting child with participation in play-based learning activities
- Supporting participation of parents and caregivers
- Modeling and encouraging positive social skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience working with preschool age group as a Para-professional or classroom assistant
- Must be comfortable supporting children in homes and community preschool settings
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to scheduled sessions throughout the day
