Position Summary
As an Instructional Assistant, you will work directly with students and staff to support classroom instruction, assist with individualized learning activities, and help maintain a positive, supportive learning environment. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams to promote student success and independence.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting teachers and staff with classroom instruction and daily activities
  • Supporting students with academic, social, and behavioral skills as directed
  • Helping implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication as required
  • Promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree or Highly Qualified Status (Preferred)
  • Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings (Preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
